I’ve known Michelle and Tim since their engagement in 2010. Since then I have photographed various versions of their growing family seven times, I think. I added the links below to some of these blog posts because it is fun to look back, and to remember. Life gets busy when you add a wedding, a new home, the birth of a first daughter in 2015 and all the firsts that go along with that. It was time to get out to the Mathewson home and capture some family photographs as we all welcomed Paige Marie, and especially big sister Madelyn.
(who is ham by the way)….Paige wanted to be held, snuggled and fed- and do you blame her? Madelyn wanted to play- little of this, little of that, little of mom, little of dad, little of grandma, inside, outside…basically full on TODDLER! And she loved having her photograph captured…or maybe it was the animated elephant in my lens…. Between activities there were a few tears but always snugs of comfort for her little sister, as well as a few stolen kisses between mom and dad…who were faring pretty well despite the obvious lack of sleep.
Michelle and Tim are great people and together a great couple. Their photograph at the end of the this post makes me smile. I’m lucky to know them. Madelyn and Paige are lucky too!
