A-SESSION LOCATIONS- Foothills

As I sit here at a friends home in Camino, using their power and internet connection, it is hard to believe that just last week was lovely fall weather. Kristina and her mother met me at Boeger for Kristina’s senior photograph shoot. Looking back, it was one of the last days of fall. I’m glad we got out when we did! Michelle and Tim are a great couple. As a photographer, it is a great feeling you get when you see someone’s natural connection and ease with each other…AND you get to photograph them! If you’ve had the chance to work with me in the past two years then you probably remember my former assistant, Cassie. Meet Miranda, Cassie’s younger sister. I took Cassie’s senior portraits a few years back, and then their brother Zac’s a year or so before that and now it was Miranda’s turn.  We met at Boeger Winery right before the sun started to go down. It was a beautiful day at Boeger Winery when we met up with Andrew for his senior session. Andrew is a guitar player, and brought his guitar along for the shoot.  Not only did it serve as a great prop throughout the shoot, but it made for a fantastic atmosphere to work in – the rolling hills of the vineyard, beautiful evening light, and gentle music played by Andrew himself – not a bad way to enjoy sunset, I’d say! Chip called me a few weeks ago- it seems his old friend and new sweetheart was going to be in town and it was important to him to capture the beginnings of their relationship. I had the chance to meet up with Sandi and Terry Friday night at Larsens Park in Camino. Sandi was Jaz’s second grade teacher. Jaz loved her- and so did we. We gave this session to her as an end of the year thank you gift. The light was beautiful, and so were these two! Thank you Sandi for making Jaz’s year in second grade such a fantastic one!
