Karen and Erin got married at High Sierra Iris and Wedding Gardens in mid August. I hadn’t shot at that location in awhile and there were some beautiful upgrades to the property including uplighting on the trees behind the dance floor and a cool little cabana for the bar. Surrounded by family and friends Karen and Erin exchanged their vows and started the celebration of their married lives together. Finally I was lucky enough to shoot the Wagner family!  With Jakob heading off to a new chapter of his life…High School…it seemed like a perfect time to capture some fun, family moments.  Larsen’s Park, and the springtime weather made for a wonderful backdrop.  I always enjoy getting to work with local families.  Thanks you guys – Enjoy your preview!  Your entire gallery should be up by Friday.  

Ahhh, lil’ Miss Allison brought along her awesome butterfly guitar to use for the shoot, and she even played us a few chords for us. The fall colors of the vineyard looked beautiful with the yellow dress that her mother brought along for her. Love a little girl, full of life, personality and music! I love that I get to witness families both start and grow as part of my job. I was happy to get the call from the Gustafson’s that they were ready for their family session. I had worked with Sara and Eric and their dogs a few years back, and was excited at the chance to meet their new little guy, Clayton, aka Mr. Smiley. Anna and I met Macy and her mom and sister down at Boeger. Coming down from Pollock Pines, it’s amazing to me that it is still fall “down the hill”. Being from even further down the hill, they wanted an Apple Hill backdrop. Macy, a natural beauty with those ever changing blue/ green eyes was fun to shoot. Her mom wanted to get a few with her sister too so I photographed a few individuals while Macy was changing outfits. It’s always fun to photograph sisters. Congrats Macy on your upcoming graduation.

What a cutie and so full of life! Sue, Aiden’s grandma called me to document this milestone in his life. I love to photograph little ones exploring the world around them. Happy Birthday Aiden! I’ll have the rest of your proofs up early next week-
