Placerville High school senior photography

  • When everything feels heavy, some stories still shine. This dynamic high school senior came into our lives during the Caldor Fire, when her family generously opened their home to us while we were evacuated. In the middle of a different kind of heaviness, their home became a refuge — something my family will never forget. Rebecca attends Mountainside Middle College High School and somehow balances it all: piano, vocal and dance lessons, working outside of school, paying attention to the bigger picture, and dreaming big — whether that’s becoming a K-pop idol or teaching English in Korea someday. • I’ve photographed Jordan’s family over the years many times including weddings, pregnancy, birth, family….and now they are living in Belgium where Jordan will join them to attend University upon graduating from his high school in Sacramento and he can’t wait! Beautiful Grace

    by Lisa Richmond

Ahhh…Grace. A simply lovely, connected and so naturally beautiful, high school senior, getting ready to take on the world. And she will. I loved connecting with Grace, one on one, and getting the opportunity to experience and capture her with my camera. This was another one of those sessions when you smile as a photographer. We worked great together and I enjoyed every minute of our time together. Grace attends University Charter Prep. On completion of high school she will attend college locally and then hopefully transfer to Chico State to become an elementary school teacher. Lucky kids who will…
