Austin, the last of the Zugnoni brothers, is graduating! First was Ethan, Class of 2020, then Collin, Class of 2022 and now Austin will join Vista del Lago’s Class of 2025. Beautiful Greta…on a glorious sunny day out in the green, green hills at Cronin Ranch. Greta will join the Class of 2025 this spring when. she graduates from Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado Hills. She was referred from a favorite family of mine so I knew it was going to be fun. Grateful for those referrals, always. I loved her energy, playfulness and kind heart. She loves all-things skiing, hiking, hanging out with friends and playing with her cute pup, Reese.  She heads to the University of Utah this fall and her grin in her new-found college-wear says…

Multipotentialite– new word for me. Someone who has many interests and creative pursuits, and the ability to excel in two or more different fields. Multipotentialites are often very curious, and can find creative ways to combine different ideas. They can also learn, explore, and master new skills, and have the potential to innovate and solve problems. I think this describes Nate to a T! During Nate’s senior session, I realized both in conversation with him and in actual doing…he loves using his hands and also building things. Hollyn and Linden attend Union Mine High School and will graduate this May. They both teach swimming and laughed in unison when they told me they always smell like chlorine.

G.E.T.T.O. an acronym that she learned from summer camp- “give everything to every opportunity”.  She expresses, “Oftentimes we have the mindset that we “have to” do things in high school rather than “get to”… remembering the acronym allows us to be present and grateful for each moment and take each opportunity that four years in high school provide us.”

We all headed out to Cronin Ranch for Grace’s senior session and of course, George and Georgia were part of the fun. As it usually is this time of day, we chased the light around but when you’re down in, in-between mountains, you have to move particularly fast. I enjoyed this session and mostly enjoyed getting to capture Grace and her love of horses and all things equestrian. These kids are all growing up!
