Miranda @ Boeger Winery

If you’ve had the chance to work with me in the past two years then you probably remember my former assistant, Cassie. Meet Miranda, Cassie’s younger sister. I took Cassie’s senior portraits a few years back, and then their brother Zac’s a year or so before that and now it was Miranda’s turn.  We met at Boeger Winery right before the sun started to go down. I took advantage of the fact that I worked with her sister and asked Miranda how she and her sister are different. Her first response was “I’m smarter” which just cracked me up- gotta love sisters! I’m pretty sure that won’t go without comment by Cass:) Miranda, like her sister is quite simply, beautiful, fun loving and well, a cat lover. She even describes herself as “like a cat”. All I know is that the Boeger cats had an easy time finding her warm lap. Being more of a dog person, myself, I just looked up adjectives to describe cats, this is what I found: 1.curious 2.playful 3.mysterious 4.cuddly 5.serene 6.slithery 7.slinky 8.soft 9.cautious 10.bouncy 11.athletic 12.prolific 13.silent 14.carnivorous 15.lithe 16.magical 17.proud 18.soothing 19.colorful 20.sly.

She also brought along her friend, Alex, for part of the shoot. They’ve known each other since they were both babies, and we got a few pictures of them playing in the sand together like they did when they were kids. Congratulations Miranda- I’ll get the rest of your proofs up later today!
