Welcome to Placerville, Action Potential. Jessica, Jen and Joy are ready to help you reach your fitness goals- just give them a call (530-303-3083) or better yet, check out their Grand Opening on March 16 from 5-8pm(1973 Smith Flat Road). It’s a great space energized by some great ladies and even boasts an enclosed outdoor area for training in the sunshine- what’s not to love about that? Most of you who know me know that I am not only a big supporter of small business, and especially when women are out there making it happen, but I am also an advocate of fitness and exercise. I even donate my time teaching a Fit Dancing class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in Pollock Pines(8:35-9:35 at O’Neills Karate on Pony Express) just because I enjoy it so much. I’ve known Jessica for many years and have photographed her family over the years too! Jess asked me to come take some promotional photographs to help advertise her new business and I was happy to help out!
